Five short lessons to start promoting Michigan Money Moves honestly.

Lessons

1. How your affiliate link works

Your affiliate link lives in your Gumroad affiliate dashboard. When someone clicks it, Gumroad tracks the click and credits you if they buy.

Only completed, legitimate purchases qualify. Refunds, cancellations, fraud and self-referrals (buying through your own link) do not count.

2. Your tier path: 30% → 40% → 45%

30% — starting rate for every affiliate.
40% — after $100+ in lifetime qualifying sales.
45% — $100+ in sales plus 1 qualified referred affiliate (they give their signup email for verification and make 1 qualifying paid sale).

Tier changes are reviewed and approved by Michigan Money Moves — they are not automatic.

3. What you can promote

4. Caption templates

Link placement: put your link in your bio, the first comment, or the post description. Always disclose (#affiliate or "I earn a commission"). Never promise income or results.

5. Referring affiliates (Scouts)

Approved Scouts get a recruit link. When someone signs up through it, they're tied to you.

New affiliates must sign up with the same email they use on Gumroad so sales can be verified. You can track recruits and earnings on your dashboard.
